A family tree is a  way of organizing geneological data, how a family is related, my mom, my brother, my sister, my dad, my cousin, my aunt, my mom's mom and so forth going back as far as we can.

 The software we are using on this website is PhpGedView. This is Opensource software  which allows us to modify it as we see fit and incorporate things as we need. Geview writes and incorporates GedCom files which can be shared amongst other family tree software. If you have already done research on the family and have incorporated it into a family tree software, all of that hard work could be put to good use here. That software may be able to export to Gedcom format files.

We can take those files and incorporate them into the software.
